We build only with branded, ISI-marked materials — and you are welcome to inspect every delivery at site. Here is exactly what goes into your home and why it matters.
Ultratech, Dalmia or Ramco. We use Grade-53 OPC cement for the load-bearing structure — columns, beams and slabs — because it sets stronger, and softer PPC cement for plastering, which gives a smooth, crack-free finish on walls.
TMT Fe-500D bars from Tata, JSW or Agni. This is high-strength, corrosion-resistant, earthquake-grade steel that bends without snapping — it is the skeleton that keeps your home safe and standing for decades.
M20 / M25 ready-mix concrete, machine-batched for the right strength every time. We do slump tests on site and take 7-day and 28-day cube reports, so the strength of your concrete is proven, not assumed.
Quality chamber bricks or lightweight AAC blocks, machine-cut to an even size. Straight, uniform blocks mean walls that are truly plumb and level, less plaster wastage, and better heat and sound insulation inside your home.
Finolex or Polycab FR (fire-retardant) copper wiring, run inside concealed conduit for a clean, safe finish. Every home gets ELCB / MCB protection, so your family is guarded against short circuits and shocks.
Astral or Supreme CPVC hot-and-cold lines and UPVC drainage pipes. Every line is pressure-tested and checked for leaks before the walls are closed — so there are no hidden seepage problems later.
Asian Paints finishes over Birla / JK wall putty. We apply putty, a primer coat and two finish coats — inside and outside — for a rich, even colour that resists fading and lasts for years.
Terraces, sunken slabs and bathrooms are treated with warranty-backed waterproofing chemicals. This is the step most builders skip — we do it properly to stop leaks, damp patches and wall damage.
A note on material prices: cement, steel and other building materials are priced by the open market, so their rates rise and fall with market demand and supply. Because of this, the final material cost in your estimate is quoted at the current market rate on the day of your quotation — we always use the same branded quality, and we tell you clearly if rates change before work begins.
